How to do a hot oil treatment using Avalah Day Hair Oil:
Heat a pot of water until the water is warm. Remember a container is going in it so do not fill water to the top. Just enough to reach below the Avalah oil bottle.
Place our Daily Hair Oil into the pot with the spray cap off. This is a heat safe container. Be careful not to let water into the oil. Do not allow for the oil to be too hot. Do heat test on your hand to ensure it is a warm but not hot temperature. Add spray cap back on to the container. You can divide you hair into sections that you would part and spray Avalah Daily Hair Oil on your scalp only. Massage the oil into your scalp, making sure you get your edges.and center well coated. Residual oil on your hands rub onto your ends and place your hair in a shower cap.
Time: 1hour or leave in overnight Shampoo and condition as usual.
